It's been crazy!

Who knew that at university you'd actually have to do WORK!! Theres just so much! However from the crazy amount of research thats taking plae i have found an amazing artist! her name is su blackwell, she produces book sculptures and other gorgeous artisticy things...check it out

The never seen work!

This is work from my first printing session, its pretty self explanatory, flowers and fruit, and to be honest i dont really like it but posting it so that i can refer to it later may help me develop in a good way :)Im not sure if anyone is actually bothered about this but its my summer project that i never got to show because i was reli ill for setup :( neways here it is...

Home Time :)

Today i went home and have realised how much i love my home :) and i got to see the lovely ducks! oooo theyre so lovely!!! oh and ofcourse that fatcat, the one and only...jezzabell!!!
Now if she isn't worth returning to Essex for what is! And my awesome parents ofcourse, and the shitload of junk they bought me as comfort food, love you :)

Yesterday, whilst frantically searching for a place that was never found i finally came across the street that i have wondered about for ages :D my nickname, Bethel, the streets name, Bethel...it was meant to be :)

Stress of an art student!

I know that most people, who are not involved in the art world, believe that all we artists do is stare at big blank canvases or make pretty little doilies for teapots...well i have terrible news...we also suffer from stress, headaches and that god damned freshers flu! Last night, whilst myself and my lovely housemate were attempting to crazily complete our first assignment, i thought "oh yes what a great time to try something ive never done before"...stenciling with a diffuser! To my horror, this was the outcome...I think you can guess what may have happened! I came to the conclusion that ink and stencils were not for me! However, we did have fun in the process :)

The first blog!

I've decided to blog for the simple fact that it may actually help me remember whats going on in my life! Any interesting incidents that happen i will blog. I see a child jumping in a puddle, i shall blog. If i laugh at something e.g a one footed pidgeon, which even though you won't admit that you also find this amusing to, it most definitely is, i will blog. I miss home, friends and my old life, i will blog :) wish me luck!
